Job description: Selected candidate will work on a CSIR-Mission Mode Project. As part of the project work, extensive fieldwork related to experiments on salt works may be required.

Fellowship: Rs. 15000/- pm (consolidated) as per CSIR guidelines.

Age: As on the date of interview, maximum 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.

Desirable experience:

Chemical analysis especially related to salt and marine chemicals with classical / instrumental methods. Development of novel methods of increase in quality and production of common salt and marine chemicals, saline waste management. Demonstration of methods of high purity salt and marine chemicals production at different locations in the country.

Post No. 5

Civil engineering aspects of Solar Salt works and designing and estimation, site supervision of civil construction of salt works and laboratory building design, planning and renovation; studies related to climatic parameter of solar salt works in salt technology projects. As part of the project work, extensive fieldwork, performing counter survey with Total station, experimental data collection of salt fields and AutoCAD designing, computer Modelling skill of salt water system may be required. Specialization and experience in Structural /Environment/ Water engineering will be preferred.

Post No. 6

The candidate with specialization/higher studies in energy systems and technology focused on Solar energy with the experience of designing and studies of solar reflectors and renewable energy device, its AutoCAD Designing skills, its CFD modelling tools, operating of energy devices etc., design and fabrication experience of solar energy devices will be preferred. As part of the project work, extensive fieldwork related to experiments related to renewable solar energy devices and mechanical arrangement based on salt works may be required.

Fellowship: Rs. 28000/- pm (consolidated) as per CSIR guidelines.

Age: As on the date of interview, maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rule.

Job description: Selected candidate will work on a CSIR-Mission Mode Project and the selected candidates will have to work in field.

Duration: These positions are purely temporary for the duration up to 31/03/2019 of the project. It will be extendable up to 31/03/2020 based on performance of the candidate. It would, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming absorption in CSIR- CSMCRI/CSIR.
